Sri Shaligram is Direct Symbol of Lord Vishnu.Shree Shaligram or Holy stone Shaligram ji is Found in Muktinath,Gandaki river which lies about 70 miles North of Pokhara Valley. Sri Shaligram is only Found in Muktinath Divya desam,Nepal.
Worship of lord Vishnu Shaligram Can be done by All Varnas and Cast people.Women can also worship shaligram. Shaligram should not worship by Evil Sudras and Unchaste women.
